Garment is reasonably good as far as softness goes, have not tried it with the power bank as yet, if it is anything like the first one I bought, it will be quite nice. I normally take an XL, but in this case I opted for a size smaller L Nice hoodie tho

I have ordered 5 HeatHoodies over winter and have given some of them to family members. Kept one for myself!!! Everyone has said "I just so love my HeatHoody". We have had a reasonably mild winter this year, but they have still been appreciated. Wait until we have massive frosts and snow - they will love them even more.

Disappointed by the time from order to delivery but, otherwise, very happy. Warm without the battery! I use it to be snug at a cafe breakfast before golf in Canberra winter. Then unclick the battery to play golf.

It’s definitely warm. Just disappointed it is quite oversized. Yes I’d rather things too big then too small. But this was big. I’ve put in an order for a Medium, so hopefully that will fit better.

Looks great and is great material, the look is really great. It is nice on. There are a couple of things that I am a bit disappointed with. I thought it would heat up a bit more than it does, also the battery only lasts for about 3.30 hrs on the high setting. I am pleased with it all the same.

once oi worked out how to turn it on and what teach colour meant it was great, used in on my motorcycle for a winter ride i nearly froze to death on the previous ride i was snug and warm with the hoodie on, its light weight but warm perfect!

The charging cable was missing from the package. I sent a quick message and the replacement arrived two days later. That is how customer service should be.
Use the hoodie in the office because the air conditioning is far too cold. Setting 1 is completely sufficient, but the battery is slightly noticeable when sitting down.
